Stuff I avoid using (Antipatterns)

Clips longer than a sentence
Too complex effects stacks such as Izotope and Neutron, I usually limit myself to just using compressors (also multiband), equalizers, distorsions, reverbs and delays
I avoid track-length automations, I can usually replace them with compressors, or stacking another track, or replacing the track during that specific section.
Drones
I avoid complex drum patterns on repeat.

Navigating efficiently

tip / shortcut	description
[tab] and Shift+[tab]	With double hits on these two shortcuts I can navigate efficiently to both modes and the plugin queue and a specific clip.
`z`, `x` and mouse in clips editor and arrangement to zoom and dezoom effiently.
Edit automations with a, b, cmd, and the mouse
Option+123 to switch to Notes, Enveloppe and MPE in the clip editor.
Solo selected tracks with `s`
